Aquila completes the flagship acquisition of Enterprise SpA, leader in the Italian and EMEA banking and payments industry
ROME, ITALY – May 26, 2025 – Aquila today announced the acquisition of Enterprise SpA (“Enterprise”), a critical front and back-office banking platform powering Italy and other EMEA regions.
With origin dating back to 1995 and headquartered in Rome, Italy, Enterprise SpA is a category-leader in the banking software industry, both nationally and internationally. Its success stems from the flexibility of the solutions as well as technological modularity with complete front-to-back integration.
